Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with MPLS IP services and Voice services CPE provisioning and troubleshooting.
2. Must hold a valid CCNA or an equivalent networking certification.
3. Good skillset and practical experience with IP Networking, L2/L3 Protocols, IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, POTN, SDH, and FTTX.
4. Proficiency with the hardware, functionalities, and features of routers and switches from vendors like Cisco and Huawei.
5. Demonstrable physical network troubleshooting skills using networking tools such as traffic analysers, fiber optic power meters, and Ethernet testers.
6. Experience in managing customer site readiness, including educating clients on technical prerequisites and network diagrams.
7. Ability to understand and work within complex business processes and technical environments.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Desirable
1. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting tools such as Siebel, Field Force Automation, ERP, or Qlik.
2. ITIL or BICSI certification is a significant advantage.
3. Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
4. Excellent skills in creating technical documentation and periodic statistical reports.
5. Flexibility to work varied hours when required to meet project deadlines and customer needs.
